The Christmas Spider
Once upon a time, long, long ago, far, far away.
Lived a very poor lady.
She was getting ready for Christmas, cleaning her humble cottage.
She dusted and swept from top to bottom.
It got so ad that all the spiders went to the attic to hide out.
Finally, Christmas Eve arrived and everything was settled down and quiet.
So, the spiders came out to play, and found a Christmas tree to play in, so they played all night long.
When the Christ child arrived the next morning, he found all the webs on the tree.
So, as not to upset the widow lady he reached out and touched the tree and all of the webs turned to silver.
Hence, we have tinsel.
This Christmas spider is given to you with love.
